We ordered via the app for the drive thru pickup window. When we arrived, we were told they lost our order and to pull around and wait in the parking lot for it. When they finally brought out the order, no discounts or anything were given for the inconvenience and delay. Upon opening the boxes at home, one of our pizzas was horribly done. Ordered online said 10-13 minutes, got there after 15 mins and not ready, said come back in 10 min so I returned in 10 and the pizza was cold after a 5 minute trip home only then to find out order was incorrect:( won't be using the Domino's in Brownsboro any longer l, the one on Winchester Rd is obviously holding their employees to a higher standard! Driving an extra 20 mins is nothing for peace of mind, employees were not trained properly and I can only imagine the level of cleanliness...read full review
