“The ladies tonight kicked butt. It's New Year's Eve 2024. 2 ppl working. Absolutely amazing. One thing is there shouldn't be a cap on tips. I thought those ladies deserved a great tip. When I tried to do $100 your machine said it was too high of a tip. Insane. Hopefully you can fix that. It'd be great if you could. Well ladies I pray and hope y'all's night goes good.“

“Came in for St. Patrick’s Day with a busy crowd and festive atmosphere. There was only one server on the floor but Beth was an absolute rockstar and provided us excellent service (as well as the 50+ other people) and was just the most positive and pleasant person. Very impressed!“

“Our server was super attentive and very polite even though the resturant was busy. The boneless wings were delicious! (I tried Sweet 'n' Sassy sauce & Hickory BBQ) I can't wait to try more sauce flavors. Fried pickles were plentiful and perfectly fried. I can't rave enough about the value! I spent less here than I would've at chain restaurant of the same caliber. Portion size was a plus, too! We both had to get to-go boxes. A big thank you as well for doing teacher appreciation! “Our recent experience totally restored our satisfaction with the south parkway Zaxby’s after slow experiences a couple years ago. Pickup was a breeze. I arrived early for my online order and general manager Antonietta greeted me super friendly. She even accelerated my order ahead of drivethru once I arrived. I had made some meal changes and they got everything right, no mistakes, full napkins/plasticware/straws everything. Food was still fresh and hot when I got home. Will be going back soon!“

“This place is my favorite wings place hands down! The wings are always cooked right. The sauces are amazing! The homemade Cajun ranch is the best ranch I've ever had. Small friendly atmosphere, always clean. Employees for the most part have been so friendly and helpful. The nacho cheese french fries with Cajun ranch on them are amazing! The buffalo wings are my go to wings i highly recommend giving this place a try if you enjoy wings!“

He was so kind and polite during their rush-hour while I watched multiple people be rude to him. He still was being so nice and professional, and that is rare in this day and age. “I usually go to Zaxby’s, order my food, grab it, and leave. Today was completely different.

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by a worker named Roxy, and honestly, she was one of the sweetest and kindest employees I’ve ever encountered. She didn’t just take my order—she genuinely made me feel welcomed and treated me like a person rather than just another customer.

I’ll be honest, today hasn’t been the best day for me, and I wasn’t expecting a simple stop at Zaxby’s to make much of a difference. But Roxy’s kindness, patience, and positive attitude genuinely brightened my day. Sometimes you don’t realize how much a small act of kindness can mean to someone, especially when they may already be having a difficult day.

Roxy is exactly the kind of employee every business should be proud to have. She represents Zaxby’s incredibly well, and I truly hope her manager and whoever is responsible for recognizing employees sees this review.

“It's a mixed review bc the food is always great, the staff always quick and courteous. My order was just wrong. I ordered a 9 piece spicy tender and got huge pieces of chicken instead. I always get tenders because I'm not a fan of regular chicken. I just wish the order had been correct. I didn't eat the bone-in chicken but my husband had some which he said was good as usual. I just wish I had something to eat also. But like I said, still a great spot!“
