ordered fish basket for pickup. 5 small pieces of overcooked batter with small pieces of fish. hushpuppys you couldn't crack with a hammer.colf fries, no tarter or cocktail sauce. I'm done with Jefferson's.
Poor service. Cold over cooked food.
My husband ordered DoorDash tonight. Our meal was picked up by someone who was not our dasher. Instead of making a replacement and sending our food on its way they wanted our dasher/doordash to pay for the food, again. DoorDash was refusing to pay for a replacement because our food was not picked up by the correct person. When i was on the phone with the manager she kept repeating to me “we have to get paid”.
