The food was good and our server was great. I would have given 5 stars had the staff not seemed a little too eager to leave. Granted, we did go with just over an hour before closing time.A couple of things would have made the visit one worth 5 stars. First, don’t multiple people sweeping the floors in such a way that you have to walk around them to get to and from your table. This went on pretty much the whole hour we were there. I feel like these may be the best wings in huntsville. For everyone that wants/needs their wings extra crispy will love these wings as they have an option to double fry them. Wing sauces are great but not the same variety as larger chains but you weren't going to try that stuff anyway. We love the turbo sauce and the honey sirracha.Biggest complaint is that it can get kind of busy and they don't have a wing sampler plate. Jefferson’s is a decent restaurant, I enjoyed my wings, the honey siracha sauce was good and the wings themselves were a good size and cooked right, the Mac and cheese size was just ok.
