The last two years, all the Milo locations I’ve visited have really gone downhill. Nothing like the previous decades. Shame! Staff at Calera was non responsive. Cahaba heights , burgers were dried out like they had been sitting and fries as well. Sorry to say that too many of this experience for me to go back.
Stopped in to take a break from the road to see what Milo’s was all about since we’d never seen one. It ended up being a great idea! Our cashier (the receipt says Christian) was extremely personable and friendly with a huge smile! He sure seemed to enjoy this environment. The rest of the staff seemed great too and the food matched! Makes me wish we lived close enough to visit more often.
We stopped here on our way home from Fort Payne. Excellent service , friendly as soon as we walked in the door. Food was great. Manager was even in the back helping bust out orders.
