The service was great and so was the food but we ordered a family meal with 3 large sides and we barely had any mashed potatoes or fries. It looked more like they put individual sides in there. Tasted great but i dont like paying for something I dont recieve.
Walked into a clean atmosphere. Both clerks were smashed with customers. I was happily greeted by both in-between customers.
I was here for a pickup.
The young lady started they were out of wedges until tomorrow morning. After asking was there a substitute, Ichose the fries.
My order was hot, fresh, and very tasty.
My order was correct. The packaging was almost perfect. A mashed potato & gravy was put in a separate bag with the cold slaws.

The food is sometimes undercooked always missing parts of our order when we order online and pick up at the Drive-Thru the manager is always willing to work with you to try to make it right. Just sometimes aggravating when you get all the way home before you notice it

KFC offers quick and great service, particularly through Door Dash. The location is not crowded, but the signage can be difficult to see. The food is hot and the orders are accurate, though the chicken pieces may be smaller than in the past. The large sides are considered overpriced by some customers.
