“Years ago, when I was a teenager, I worked at Durbin Farms Market. Since graduating, I’ve moved out of town and every time I come back to town, which isn’t often I visit Durban’s farms and eat. The last two times I’ve been the sandwiches and soups have been absolutely amazing. I am so happy to see this company continuing to thrive even years later! Keep up the good work!“

“Stopped in on my way back from the casino unfortunately I didn’t do so hot there but I will tell you what was hot. The meal these amazing people were able to provide me once I got here! A fresh burger and some tasty fries and despite it being 11 pm at night they were very friendly and in good spirits. I wish I could have taken a picture of my burger but fortunately for me it’s already gone but trust me when I say the picture isn’t going to taste as good as a real one 😎“

“Customer service alone is hard to find anywhere anymore, much less good or even great customer service. But I promise you will find that great customer service here! When I placed my order through the app and pulled in to the curbside parking, I wasn’t intending to spend my next 20 minutes there. I did finally get my order and the young lady that brought it out was very kind but I still felt I should call to voice my frustration, simply aiming for the problem to be brought to light so maybe it won’t happen again. (I should add here that I dropped my latte as I was getting home. But the couple of sips I did have of it were awesome!!!)when I called I expected to get the same treatment I get from everyone… subpar and treated as if they are irritated that I even called, “How DARE you ask me to do my job today!”. But that was NOT the case AT ALL!!!! I spoke with the manager, Amy who greeted me In the kindest way possible, and genuinely listened to what I had to say. To my surprise, there was no Interruptions or arguments, she just listened. After voicing my frustration, I then added that I did drop my latte on the ground at home and would appreciate if you would just make me another one. I would be there soon to pick it up. Not only did she make me a new drink, but she also refunded me. I tried to refuse the refund by she simply Wouldn’t have it any other way.
This is the best customer service in my opinion because human error is going to happen. Especially when you get teams of people trying to work together. How this was handled simply can’t be beat. I would return here every time. I’m there visiting my parents just because I know NO MATTER WHAT It’s going to be great whether human error comes into play or not. It’s hard to be good at customer service. Amy and everyone there with Amy deserves a pat on the back for the hard work and for keeping good customer service alive! “We love the Fried Rice so much! It’s such a different flavor than what we get from the local Chinese places and It’s a great switch up! This time I just got the veggie fried rice with boneless wings-no sauce, (so yummy) but my husband loves to get the house fried rice-steak, chicken and shrimp. They have kind servers, wait time isn’t terrible for food cooked to order and they are always so grateful for our business! Go get you some!!!!“

“Regular customer here and love the food! I do want to say ,a little friendliness would be nice. Somehow I feel like I am putting the servers out by being there. With that said, I do want to commend the kind folks who have a smile and act like we are appreciated.“

“Made an online order, but somehow, our BMT ended up with red vinaigrette dressing after I had only marked Extra Mayonnaise. I also ordered a Philly Steak and Cheese with a few extra toppings and Baja Chipotle sauce which I use on all my subs. All looked good, I submitted the order and as the order came back showing it had been sent (after quite some time on the phone waiting on it to accept), I noticed that the dressings were duplicated and incorrect. The order said it would be ready at 4:35 pm. I called several times, easily 10 times and got a recording that the nobody was available to take the call, so I had to pack up from work and hustle to the store to try and save the subs. Got there at 4:25 pm, subs were already made. Explained the situation to them (the mixture of the dressings on each sounded like something to sicken your stomach) and I had checked everything before I submitted the order. Also added that the phone number listed through Google and online as well as the web was not being answered. Younger male and younger female working. Very nice, very cordial, after explaining my situation, the remade our subs. I had to make the drive back home to Wetumpka with them and let me add that they were absolutely amazing. Best Subway subs we have had in a long time. We always order from the store on S 7th St as it is just up the road from my work. Thanks for saving our subs and providing an excellent dinner tonight!!“
