I made a stop on my way to work this morning at Caroline’s Cafe in Collinsville. Such a treat! The cafe inside is so cozy. I had a toasted marshmallow coffee with oat milk and an amazing cinnamon roll 😍I highly recommend checking it out.
Friday Oct 13, 2023: No bad luck here -only Blessings. On the road with Caroline’s Cafe , what a awesome relaxing family spot. Great food. Locals come and go, like a visit to momas.
