My kid has been wanting to try Jack's for several weeks and he finally got his chance. He told me it's better than Chick-fil-A and cooler than the playground at McDonald's. Good job, Jack's.

What is even happening here? Slow service, orders are usually wrong, rude employees. Columbiana, we can be better than this.
My husband and I needed to eat a bite. Went into Jacks and were treated with disrespect
I wanted to throw it back. The male cashier laughed at openly because we misunderstood the menu.. yes we are among the senior group who have stopped going to fast food places. A lesson well learned. Eat elsewhere. Date of visit 8/1125 about 12:30 -12:45
Loved the family chicken box! It was delicious...had to pull up to wait on our food...was still quickly and timely delivered! Love this place!
