Awesome home cooking. Call before you go to make sure they are open and for how long they will be open. Will definitely go back again and again. It's a hour drive for me but well worth it. Service was excellent. Very friendly staff. It's very noisy so be prepared to speak up. Two people with drinks was $25ish A+ all the way around!
Jean's On The River...where have you been all my life?? I heard about this place so we thought we'd check it out. So glad we did. Beautiful restaurant with tables that view the river. From your table you can watch the river flow slowly by while watching geese frolic around the grounds. They have a great menu with daily specials. Our Server was so nice & the service was awesome. These are the best waitresses and the food is still amazing. We hadn't been there in 15 years and it was like coming home. The food was exactly like I had been craving. Well worth the 2 hour drive we took to get there.
