“I make a mobile order nearly every morning. I always choose curbside delivery, and they’re always out so fast! Every employee who has brought me my order has been kind and courteous. The speed is seriously unbelievable. This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered from. 10/10 service, food, and atmosphere.“

“Our experience is always amazing here but this time was better than them all. From the host to our server, Quinn, the service was exceptional. I wish I could make them rich! I had the bacon burger and my bun was toasted perfectly, my patty was cooked the exact temperature, and the fries are always nice and crispy. Thank you, Quinn!!“

“I never write reviews, but the service and server was horrible. To forgetting things we asked for when taking our orders, to getting rude when asking for the things we asked for when we ordered our food. Brought our checks out , and then said she had to add gratuity, even tho one of my friends had already paid her ticket. She voided it out, and gave her the new ticket. Charged me gratuity on the 2 To-Go orders I had on my ticket. Thank goodness the manger split the Check up. The server was literally talking over my friend that was with us that was explaining the problems we were experiencing, and the manager finally told her to leave the conversation. We love the Gardendale location, we always go there with my daughter's whole ball team, and never once were we charged gratuity, and the service and food have always been excellent. The manager said, it was from corporate is the reason for mandatory gratuity for people 6 and over. Totally not true!!! Would NOT recommend the Tuscaloosa Mugshots!!!“

“do not eat here thay cooked my food while cleaning the grill ,I am 63 with stomach problems ,it made me sick after I swolled. the first bite ,I call the owner that done no good he didn't care if it made me and my wife sick or not and good as called me lier so no I will never go there again and you shouldnt and I think thay done it just because I call in a late order .“

“Great place to eat! Lots of different options-it's the convenience of fast food but with tons of healthy options. Owners were great, they made some recommendations on what to try. I got the Philly Flatbread and it was delicious! Great protein coffee as well, we will definitely be back!“

“They are so kind!!! Everyone I’ve ever interacted with there was funny and polite, and every time I don’t know what to eat I always know I can rely on ameers, they have the best food in t town by far. When I told my doordasher to tell them how much I love their food they gave us free sides and wrote a very nice note. 10/10 will go again!“

“For years, the Ladies at Hardee's on Lurleen Wallace Blvd have been very professional and super nice!! It is a breath of fresh air b/c other fast food places are either rude or indifferent..
I want you to know these Hardee's ladies are top notch. Wonderful.

“Love this place; Tuscaloosa is 4400 kilometres from home and I wouldn’t travel that far for any meal, but whenever I’m there I’ve got to stop at Cook Out a couple of times. The burgers - I’ve ordered both beef and chicken on separate occasions- always hit the spot. Fries are not too salty and nice and crispy (not overly so), and the shakes! Just perfect for a humid Alabama day (or night)! And it’s affordable, & staff have always been friendly and easy going. Then there’s those ducks…“

“First time in Tuscaloosa for Bama football vs. Georgia. There was a wait but not bad considering how many people were there for the game. Service was great, drink service came quick and often. We had wings and pickle fries. Wings were so good we order another batch! Great sauce! Clean bathrooms!“

“We did not know what to expect but we were very pleasantly surprised the food was great, the price was great and the wait staff was extremely helpful and polite, we will definitely eat here again, and would recommend, the only suggestion I will say is that coffee would be a nice addition to the menu.“
