Ordered a Ruben sandwich combo and small mozzarella sticks the meat on my sandwich was so cold it had ice cycles in it only had about 5 frys thought they just spilled out in bag no they gave me old crumbs for fries and the cheese sticks were cold and this was this past Thursday around 11:00am on my lunch break at the drive thru so I couldn't go back until after I get off so ended up calling and sending pics and email and they only going to replace the sandwich not everything I ordered

Placed an online order ready for pickup at 9:37 PM. Arrived to the store at 9:43 PM to find the dining room doors locked early… so I had to go to the drive thru for my order which I didn’t receive until 10:09 PM. So now I have cold food that I spent nearly 30 dollars for because they closed the dining room before 10 PM….
Don’t even bother if it’s past 10pm. Especially if there’s a truck unloading. Apparently the BRAND NEW STORE with hours posted open til 1AM either didn’t hire enough people to unload their truck AND run the restaurant or they’re just lazy and didn’t want to do both. Waste of a trip.

The only reason I didn’t give my experience one star was because the poor girl trying really hard to do everything by herself at the window. In the 15-20 minutes that we were waiting for the person in front of us to get their food, they let one person go home, and than 5 minutes later one person went on a smoke break. They were wrapped around 3 or 4 cars and this poor girl doing it all by herself. Guest importance was extremely minimal, times were terrible, but my mozz sticks were at least warm. So props for that ig.
