Husband and me ordered a French dip...(I've worked at Arby's, I know it can be done) Please put your cheese where it goes, NOT in the bend of the bread. I only got cheese (and double of course being on top and bottom)with 1/2 my sandwich. Fries were cold and my son mentioned they tasted funny, husband agreed with him.
Having your employees keep old food and put out doesn't save you money. It's just preventing yall from getting any future money from us again..js.

I drove all the way home 25 miles and opened up the bag and they wasn’t no Arby sauce I will not be back
Ordered a Ruben sandwich combo and small mozzarella sticks the meat on my sandwich was so cold it had ice cycles in it only had about 5 frys thought they just spilled out in bag no they gave me old crumbs for fries and the cheese sticks were cold and this was this past Thursday around 11:00am on my lunch break at the drive thru so I couldn't go back until after I get off so ended up calling and sending pics and email and they only going to replace the sandwich not everything I ordered
