The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including the flaming cheese fajitas, which are a Thursday special and highly recommended. Customers have generally enjoyed the food, with the pizza buffet and cherry dessert pizza being particular highlights. However, some have experienced issues with the freshness and presentation of certain dishes. Overall, Casa Fiesta provides a good dining experience at a reasonable price.
