my fish was essentially raw. Burnt breading. soggy mushy raw looking fish. both hush puppies looked and felt as though they had been half submerged in water. Loaded potato was so cold not one piece of the cheese was even limp much less melted. The side of fried shrimp breading was so soggy and tasted of old oil. I could literally pinch the shrimp and grease drip and the actual shrimp was mush. No firmness just mush. Ive probably done 300 food reviews. 2nd one to ever be negative. Worst dining experience in 10yrs. I ate maybe two bites. my grandson ate one of the shrimp. we are both sick with diarrhea this morning. at least my wife's half dollar sized pork chops were good she said and she's not sick

Start with the pros: they were able to easily accommodate 16 people at the last minute & our servers were wonderful. The servers kept all of our drinks full, kept our tickets all organized, were super nice & had great personalities.
Cons: the chef seems to be afraid of flavor or seasoning. My ribeye was BLAND (had to doctor it up with salt & pepper since that’s all that was on the table) plus it was dry but greasy, my daughters philly was bland even with onions & peppers on it, my husbands beef tips were bland (along with the gravy). My husbands mushrooms were straight out of a can, but were probably the most seasoned thing. Other people in our party said the same about their meal. How do you mess up a burger? The ONLY person whose food was good was one of the kids ordered chicken fingers.

Been dining here for years and never disappointed in food or service!! Wanted to give a shout out to one of the best waitresses we’ve ever had anywhere. Brittany peaks was the best waitress, her service and hospitality was top notch. Truly a great asset to Brandin Iron steakhouse. Had a party of 8 and food was on time,delicious and salad bar was great. Can’t wait till our next meal there.

First time visiting the Branding Iron. We had a party of 8 and were quickly seated. Our server Jenica(sp?) and the rest of the staff were super friendly and worked in tandem to make sure our table was serviced properly. As more weekend lunch crowd came in, they were in the weeds a bit, but still upbeat and helpful.
I would say the stand out was the salad bar. It was fresh with good selection. The rest of the food was good and well seasoned, but not very consistent on the cook/temperature of the steaks.
Overall it's good food at a very fair price. I would like to eat here again and try the pork chops or the Philly. I spotted them on another table on the way out and it looked really good.

I got the beef tips and they were tough and the rice wasn’t cooked very well. When I went to pay my bill the cashier was not even going to tell me the total I had to ask. Don’t believe I’ll be back anytime soon. Very disappointed about the whole experience.
