Really don’t know when they became such garbage. I’ve given them about ten goes over the last year or so, they’ve found a way to let me down every time. 3.5 stars at best. Update: Figured out why the overall quality sucks, management that’s been here for a couple of years is standing talking with their friends while I can see multiple servers hanging out at their own table, with multiple customer tables are looking around for them. Garbage management. 🤷♂️ 2.5 stars, and that’s more than they’ve earned.

I have never really been a big fan of BWW and have been to multiple locations in the past, since moving to Cullman I thought I'd give this one a try and have now been back 5 time in the past couple months. The management and staff here are top notch, the food has always been very good, the service has been great and the restaurant is very clean. It's the little things than go unnoticed in most restaurants which is due to the staff's lack of care, things like dust in areas that aren't readily visible (chair legs, backs of TV's and fixtures on the ceiling) this is not the case here, this place is very clean and it shows, the glass on the pictures on the walls is also very clean which is also typically overlooked in other places. This attention to detail shows that management knows what they are doing and that they care, highly recommend this BWW.

Our mobile order on 10/12/25, absolutely terrible. Wings were barely sauced and old/dry. We also weren’t given our order of fries or any of the sauces we had added to our order. When I called they offered to give me my fries and sauces, I’d just have to come pick up. That’s great, but with it being a 20 min drive back to the restaurant our wings would have been even worse. We’re frequent guests in store and take out and have never had an issue before, so highly disappointed with this visit.

Our mobile order on 10/12/25 was terrible. Wings were barely sauced and old/dry tasting. We were not given our order of fries or any of the sauces we had added to our order. Called to see what could be done and was told they could give me my order of fries and sauce. 20 min drive, meaning wings would be cold by the time we got back up there. We are frequent guest, so highly disappointed with our visit this time.
Don't be of color an take your daughter here on her birthday completely disrespect. They song happy birthday to a other family while walking in so I told them I would love the same treatment for my daughter. They told me let my waiter know so I did the whole time getting ugly looks from all the other waiters. So I ask for ✔️ an then asked when will they sing happy birthday she asked around an then told me they don't sing happy birthday to people 🤔 so I told them they just did for someone else why not my family. All I got to say is terrible never felt more uncomfortable in my life. So don't be black an want them to sing happy birthday. They will tell you they don't do it 😑 can't make dis up.

I don’t normally do reviews like this because I believe that everyone can have an ”off” day, but the rudeness was just too much. My husband ordered over the phone and got there to pick up our food and was told (very rudely) that “none of y’all’s food is done” as there were several people waiting for orders. After almost 35 minutes of sitting and waiting for the food, a different server/hostess come to ask names and our food had been there waiting on us the ENTIRE 35 minutes we were waiting. It was ice cold, but we took it home anyway. Then once we were home, our fries were missing from our order. When my husband called to tell them he was coming back for our fries, that particular person was nice and said they would have them ready for him when he got there. And when he went back they were BEYOND rude when he asked for the fries that were left off our order. We are very patient people, and I do not normally complain on public forums like this. But management needs to work on customer service.

Well, I have always loved this place but over the last year or so, the service has gotten lax. We were immediately seated by the servers in the bar hightop area, heavy traffic. After 15 minutes of no one coming by we went to the hostess and asked if the server had been alerted that we were seated, blank stares... so after another 5 minutes we just left. Gotta do better with the service. Will only do to-go from now on, if that..

Twice my wife and I have tried to eat here at lunch and after 15 minutes of sitting at our table we have left. I would like to note the lady that sat us was the only waitress that was actually working, she was taking orders, fixing drinks, and working the bar. After being seating we waiting for 15 minutes and no one came to get our order. On our way out the door I saw 2 waitress in a back corner booth on thier phones.

Ordered the 2 entree deal for $19.99 and also ordered cheese curds for $8.00 and only received 9 small cheese curds AND none of the sauce that comes with them. One of our entrees were supposed to be a 10 count of honey bbq wings/ sauce garden and we received 10 plain wings with NOTHING on them. Did not receive our carrots or Bleu cheese that was ordered. Very upset with the food we received.
