Service is just terrible , I guess it doesn’t matter whether you dine in or takeout. I ordered take out this time and they said order would be ready approximately 20 mins so I arrive 25 mins later. When I arrive they send me to the cash out counter and they said “your order will be over there” I wait on my order while waiting I see employees going back and forth but no one bothers to acknowledge a customer waiting. I waited a total of 25 mins for 12 wings . I got tired of waiting so I left.

Quality of food is only getting worse. Haven't been in a couple years. But recently received a gift card and the food isn't much better. Orderd 20 boneless wings. 4 different Sauces. Wings were cold with hardly any sauce at all. Fried pickles were over cooked and hard, cold... go make a trip to Buffalo Luke's in decatur. Worth the trip

Food was good, service was amazing. We had a super sweet waitress who was very attentive. The music is SO loud you can’t hardly think or hear each other, that’s my only complaint.

Placed a to-go order 2 hours in advance. Showed up about 10-15 minutes early to get it. Order had not even been sent to the kitchen. 2 people came in after us and both got their food before we did. Then, when the food was brought out, they tried to short half of it. All in all, this to-go experience took us about 30 minutes. We could’ve sat down in the restaurant and ate most of our food in that time usually.

Let me preface this review by saying I never expect really good service here, and it’s been pretty hit or miss on service since moving to Cullman. I used to go once every few weeks, but after a recent visit several months ago, I stopped going. I went a little later in the afternoon and was seated. The place was pretty empty with a few other tables of guests. I waited 25-30 minutes to be served and no one came to take my order. Several people who worked there walked by me many times, and not a single person stopped. Another family came in and had someone take their order pretty promptly. I waited ten minutes after they had been helped to finally leave. As I mentioned earlier, I don’t expect great service, but I guess I would at least expect to be served. I haven’t been back since this happened. Plus, it’s expensive for extremely mediocre food.

We normally have a decent experience here. But today my wife ordered through the app for delivery. Along with an abnormally long wait for the food to be ready, when the dashed arrived with our food all of the food wasn’t even in there. I called BWW and the girl that answered told me to call door dash. I’m not sure how that is door dash’s issue that all of the food wasn’t in the bag. The girl just apologized and didn’t offer to make it right.
The BWW in Cullman has lost my family as customers due to poor management. They had my favorite app of all Cullman restaurants - cheese curds with caramel. On our last visit the waitress informed us that management would no longer sell caramel with the cheese curds and I would have to buy a piece of cheesecake if I wanted caramel for cheese curds. It was now locked in the managers office. So failure of management to ensure wait staff charges for it has resulted in complete removal. They didn't pursue other options such as increasing the app price by 50 cents to account for a caramel cup. They just told wait staff no caramel with curds. Very poor management if they can't lead their staff appropriately. The caramel cups have been on our ticket when we order it so not all wait staff is giving it away.

Everything about our experience was amazing. Definitely will be returning. We had our food quickly and hot. Our server was all smiles and even allowed us to try the sauce before we bought anything. She did an amazing job.

Today burger not good, chicken sandwich disappointing, fries cold and hard. Stood out too long before serving. Chicken was tuff. From visit to visit not consistant.
