We celebrated my son’s 12th birthday at Ninja Japanese Steakhouse in Cullman and had such a great experience! Autumn was an amazing host from the moment we walked in. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly for our group. Celebrating a birthday with kids can sometimes be chaotic, but she handled everything with such a positive attitude and made our night feel special. Excellent service and a great place to celebrate!
We just went here for a couple of our kids’ birthdays and it was fantastic! This is our first time to Ninja, but we’ve been to many hibachi places in other states, and this is the best one I’ve ever had. I say that not only because of the food itself, but the service, and the speed. Firstly, I have a gluten allergy, I reached out to Ninja on Facebook messenger to see if they any GF options and they quickly responded with yes and to please come in. That right there was a great feeling. When they were taking our order, our sever said they would cook my food in the kitchen to avoid the cross contamination and they had GF soy sauce back there.
