Drifters Bar & Grill offers great food and excellent service in a family-friendly, clean environment. The Ribeye steak and loaded fries are highly recommended, while the pork chops are noted as the best some have ever had, being tender and full of flavor. The Mahi tacos and crawfish chowder are fantastic choices as well. Guests enjoy a welcoming atmosphere, with outdoor seating on the deck where they can take in the sunset reflecting off the water. Popular dishes also include the blackened red fish and fried crab claws, with plenty of claws to go around. The owner is often present, warmly greeting guests and providing menu recommendations. The staff, including friendly waitresses, go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Drifters is accommodating to dietary restrictions and has wheelchair accessibility with handicap parking located near the deck. Despite being a bit of a drive for some, it’s definitely worth visiting for great food, fun events like karaoke, live music, Singo Bingo, and open mic night.
