We really like the taste of the Firehouse Sub sandwich. It has always been our favorite sub shop in Cullman and in our travels. My wife's favorite is the Hook and Ladder while mine is the Italian. The reason for my 3 rating is that the meat content on my sandwich is just a fraction of what it used to be. My feeling is if the cost of the ingredients has increased, please dont reduce what goes on the sandwich. lets just raise the price and give the people what they came in...
Good food, good environment, but have to ask repetitively for things not provided. I.e. hat with kids meal, straws and lids not stocked. If a kid walks up, the teens ignore and go to the back. Customer service is lacking.
I actually had this delivered so I can’t attest to the service or atmosphere. I rarely leave reviews unless I’m really p\ss€d, but this is a good review. The Cuban is AMAZING! Be sure to get extra napkins (it’s very juicy) and then just enjoy!! Well done, Firehouse. I have a new favorite ❤️
