I just went to pick up an order that my boyfriend placed on the app. Waited a bit at the speaker for someone to talk to me which was fine, but when I drove up after telling them the name on the order, the lady at the window proceeded to tell me that someone with the same name came inside and picked up the order in person and then proceeded to say “I know him I went to high school with him.” Insinuating that I was trying to take someone’s order that wasn’t mine. this is ridiculous
I'm just surprised that this establishment is still open. It's terrible, I think they just give you what they think you should get, but I still went there but since the lobby is closed, I'll never eat the again, given I walk there to eat. 🤷🏻♂️
