We have lived in Cullman for 9 years and have been to this Jacks many times and even my son when he was a teenager worked for them a few years back. At times they are amazing and some times not. Usually when I go there it’s just to get a chicken finger snack for my younger son. Most times when we have done door dash breakfast from there with a lot more orders they leave out things often. They have left out drinks and sometimes hash browns and biscuits. Luckily door dash gives refunds. Then sometimes we have to go back and order what we were missing.

My iced coffee was full of what i hope is ground up coffee grounds
Just as good as so many of the other Jack's restaurants. We always get the Big Jack's combo. The meat is nicely seasoned and all of the toppings are fresh as out of the garden. All served on a nice bun. The fries are also good. The employees are consistantly nice at Jack's. Its our burger of choice when you want a quick bite. Friendly service, good quality, great taste all at a fair price making it a great value.

Always great food and friendly service... that was 3 years ago me, now I updated my review to say SCREW YOUR JACKS. WORST SERVICE EVER. PLAIN AND COLD FRIES, NO SAUCE, WRONG ORDER AND HUNG UP WHILE ON HOLD AND THEN WOULDN'T PICK UP, also To the owner of store. Tell your employees not to take my phone number off the machine and keep calling my number from co workers phone #3 AND YALL STILL ASS, WRONG ORDER AGAIN AND DIDNT EVEN PICK THE PHONE UP
I'll give a better review when they get my order right. So far they're batting a zero. It's young people working there in Snead and they just don't pay attention.
I got a delivery. It was delicious I got the 4pc chicken snack switch sweet tea definitely recommend!

I came through the drive through because I had my dog with me. I ordered 2 single biscuit and gravy’s with a side of sausage and an order of hashbrowns. Needless to say when I got home to eat with my husband my side of sausage and hashbrowns were missing! Looking at the receipt I saw that I had been charged for both so I called the restaurant. The lady answered and told me to hang on a second! After 6&1/2 minutes of holding I hung up. Tried to call back and someone picked up and hung up on me. We eat at Jacks at least 4 times a week and this will be the last time I give my hard earned money to an ungrateful, hateful, unprofessional person!
