I went to Jack's Friday and Monday now Friday I would have given them five stars the guy made me feel welcomed the service was great and food was good but Monday was a different story the lady look down on me every look mad it was a different story I ate my food in my car didn't feel welcomed at all. And I am Registered Nurse and I can tell when my presence is not wanted and when people look down on you. It was a different atmosphere today 😕.

i came in there today after leaving the water park. me and my family ordered and the food was cold and did not recieve the right food as well. i asked for the manager and asked for a refund due to my food being the way it was. she cussed me did not care about how my food was nor respect that we had kids in the vehicle. i already filed a complaint at another store to make sure it was taken care of, but the manager angelica was the worst to deal with.

They serve cold food. Worse jacks in the county by far. Worked all day to get my dinner cold from there . Didn't realize it was cold until i was home. Check your food when you get it from here!

I enjoy the food but sometimes the fries are cold. I've ordered something and the order is wrong like the breakfast plater I wanted no grits and ex gravy they sometimes give me the grits other times I've gotten the extra gravy but you can tell where the had left some of the grits .

Twice we didn't get everything we ordered going through the drive thru for breakfast. Had plastic in my cup of ice water. Order taker was rude. Food was tasty but won't be back.
Food is always good but sometimes the staff gets the order wrong so we always double check before we leave. If we tell the staff about anything, they are always polite and willing to make things right. It is the only fast food place in Blountsville so they do a lot of business. I appreciate how the food is always fresh!

Just ordered 2 chicken finger dinners with potatoes and slaw. Chicken fingers are cold, dried out can't chew them. Potatoes are awful. Just threw them in the garbage.
