After a long day, I went thru the drive thru only to realized my order was wrong after I was almost home. I called and They were very apologetic and made the situation right. The response she was above and beyond what I expected. Many thanks for the response and solution!
I paid $20 for the most horrible sandwich I've ever had yesterday. Nothing but a little bit of turkey, TONS OF LETTUCE, 2 slices of tomato on a 16" sandwich & no cheese when I specifically asked for it on bread that was cooked/shipped that was so hard I couldn't even bite it. 😡😡😡😡 I'll never go back & will forever sing the praises of SUBWAY!!!!!
