I have never been treated so poorly by management / wait staff in my life.
Robby should be absolutely ashamed of the way he speaks to customers. We were treated like complete trash.
I have the utmost respect for people working in the service industry, but this is inexcusable. We were made to feel like a burden from start to finish.
