Went for brunch. When we first got there the atmosphere was pleasant but then they turned on some music so loudly we had to yell to hear each other and the waitress was having trouble hearing our order. One of our party never received her drink and they brought out the kids food about 15mins before ours so by the time we got our food they were done eating and getting antsy.As for the food… The bread (that came out after our food) and the alfredo were good but the rest was so salty we sent one dish back and didn’t finish several others.We will not be returning

I attended a birthday party at Ledgers with a party of 20 people. Our server was Danielle and she was fantastic in all aspects. She handled our somewhat rowdy group perfectly, all while training another server. If or better yet when I go back, I’ll definitely be asking for her to be my server again.

Had my bday dinner there party of 20. Food was outstanding and our server Danielle was amazing and she was also training someone. So to rock our party and train a server all in a party of 20 was amazing. She is Def special and can see her being the manager one day.

The food was good, the atmosphere was good, the prices were reasonable, and there was plenty of easy parking at the time we were there. The only disappointing thing about our visit was, our waitress "memorized" our orders (we were a party of 6). She didn't write our orders down at the table, or enter them into any sort of device while at the table. My past experiences with memorized orders haven't been good, and this was no exception. One of my sides wasn't what I ordered. The upside is, I got the correct side about five minutes after the rest of my food arrived, and I got to enjoy the side that I didn't order at no addiitonal charge.

First time eating here, and we loved it. This one is a definite add-on to our favorite restaurant list. Our filet was tender and juicy. Our server was Gavyn, and he said he was new, but yet he was such a great server. Kept our drinks full and very attentive. Can't wait to go back.

We met some friends here for dinner. Great atmosphere, service was phenomenal, and the food was delicious! Meghan was an excellent and knowledgeable bartender! Fabulous cocktails!They have live entertainment on Saturdays and allow smoking outside on the porches! We will go back soon!!

We had a great time with friends here! Absolutely beautiful establishment. Staff was extremely friendly and social. Meghan at the bar made an outstanding smoked old fashion. I had the Ledge, and she had a Long Island tea. All were delicious. We had steaks, with different vegetables and the salad bar! Definitely a place to go back to eat. They have live entertainment on Saturday nights and allow smoking outside! Too cool to smoke a cigar though.

We normally LOVE this place however, the customer service today was terrible. I tried numerous times to call to make a reservation, but no one ever answered the phone. We wanted to take our son out to celebrate his 21st birthday and he loves steaks so we wanted to treat him to Ledgers, as their steaks were always great! However, after driving over an hour, we were informed there would be an hour long wait to seat three people. It was 6:30, so when we informed the receptionist it would be 7:30 when we would be seated, we were then told it would be “too late to order anyway”. We then left and went to Logan’s and a great steak with awesome customer service from a place who was glad to receive our business. Got to do better Ledgers!

I have never been treated so poorly by management / wait staff in my life. Robby should be absolutely ashamed of the way he speaks to customers. I will never set foot in this place again. We were treated like complete trash. Charged 22% in gratuities and sat with an empty drink cup for my entire meal. I have the utmost respect for people working in the service industry, but this is inexcusable. We were made to feel like a burden from start to finish.

The food that was not cold was good. My family had steaks and steak fries and mashed potatoes and the waitress forgot the steak fries, and when she brought them they where cold, and my wife's mashed potatoes was cold. Steak was not cooked the way my mom wanted it . The waitress was frustrated with our table of 6 because we kept sending food back. She was not very into working at all. She would go to the back and not return quick enough. This was Sunday Dec 10th at 8 to 9 . There was notnalotof people in the restaurant so she should have been happy to help.

Sat at bar. Megan was awesome. My steak came out undercooked but was quickly and professionally rectified. I could tell it was a very good cut of meat. Menu says from Butchers in Vinemont. Greatwine and liquor selections.
