Lin Garden Buffet Reviews
Three times in just over a week we were given either food cooked in dirty woks or meat gone bad. Tried to have the burnt food replaced and not only did she not return whar I paid for, I had to pay for a replacement meal. Last night myself and someone else had it again and we both spent the whole night vomiting. I’ve eaten here for years and swore by it. I don’t know what’s happened but i won’t be back.
You’d be better off licking the bottom of your feet. Food is terrible, restaurant stinks and the quality of food is comparable to a third world country.
Great food, great service!!

The Lin Garden Buffet offers a wide variety of food, including a salad bar with vegetarian options. The popular choices among customers are the coconut chicken and pizza. The restaurant ensures the buffet is well-stocked with fresh food and provides ample parking. However, some customers have experienced cross-contamination with seafood dishes. The honey chicken, which was a favorite at the grand re-opening, now has a taste similar to sweet and sour sauce, which can be an issue for those with allergies. The tangerine-colored jello is a nice dessert option. The buffet has improved compared to the past, and the service is good, better than some other places. However, the music volume can be quite loud depending on seating location. Customers are generally satisfied and plan to visit again.
The restaurant offers an excellent variety of food suitable for all ages, after reopening following a fire. The price has increased, but it is still affordable. The atmosphere is typical of a Chinese buffet, with sufficient space and a well-spread-out buffet. The standout feature is the exceptional service, with staff being friendly, unobtrusive, and attentive to refilling drinks and clearing dishes promptly. Suggestions for improvement include providing readily available sauces, such as oyster sauce, and serving steamed rice, as the chicken on a stick teriyaki can sometimes be overcooked and dry.
Recent reviews mention the healthy menu, which states it comes with steamed rice and a sauce. Customers have found that on weekends, they are charged extra for the sauce, while on weekdays, it is included. Some have canceled their orders due to these extra charges. The food is good, but the extra fee for sauce can be frustrating, as it is supposed to come with the healthy menu.
The restaurant is a basic Chinese / Asian buffet where all-you-can-eat means you can go hungry. The cost is about $20 a plate, offering typical Asian fare. While it doesn't compare to fine dining, it provides a good meal for a good deal. Customers enjoy the food and service but advise not to leave too early, as the restaurant can be busy and facilities may be limited. One customer humorously shared an experience of having to pull over on the highway due to an emergency, highlighting the lively and sometimes unpredictable atmosphere.
