Best Prime Rib I have had… Amazing Service… Our waitress was so great… The salad was fresh… Thank you all for a great lunch..,
We ordered a later pickup order gave them an hour to get it prepared, when my husband arrived to pick up at 330 was given one bag and told that's it so he left. He gets all the way home and we are missing our 4 mashed potatoes and no dressing for the salads. Salads looked awful and we live maybe 8 miles from the Cullman location. Never Again.
The kitchen lost our ticket which wasn’t discovered until after a long wait. When arrived, items were missing; long wait for it. From the time asked for ticket to received, over 10 minutes. And it was wrong. They offered us dessert & then charged. Women’s bathroom trash on floor, half broken toilet paper holder on floor & no toilet paper.
