Love Papa John’s but first time visiting this location. Google sent me to a vacant bldg so I had to call. Got good directions, right across from Chevy dealership! My order was ready when I got there and as always, was delish! Friendly staff too!

The lady who answered the phone was rude as hell I get working at a restaurant can be stressful but to say call someone else you have orders on the screen and don't have time to take my order is absolutely ridiculous I don't care what anyone says I couldn't imagine being this rude to a customer who pays my bill and I was going to tip everyone in the store 20$ but it is what it is I tipped 5 people at dominos 20$ a piece because they were respectful and handled me like a human being

My app was having issues so i called to place my order. Was told 40 minutes. 1.5 hours I called the store directly to find out where my pizza is. They said driver called and my number was disconnected so they just canceled my order. Nobody called and the manger took his lazy drivers word. This is the 2nd time this store has done this and it's by far the worst service Papa Johns. Never again will I order from here.

These people are lazy and don’t want to work. We waited for 2 hours for pizza and it never showed. We’ve got it here numerous times but tonight the delivery driver said he tried to call but was a lie. The Cullman store needs new employees who want to work. Go to Dominoes for pizza in Cullman.

Ordered something to be delivered and they got the address wrong when I tried to correct them so they can deliver my pizza to the right address they told me I couldn’t get my pizza they told me I would have to go pick it up after paying a delivery fee. I wanted to talk to a manager couldn’t even tho I’m a paying customer

We normally order two other pizza places in Cullman but I wanted something different and thought of Papa John's. My hubby got a large pepperoni and I got the best pizza known these days....BBQ CHICKEN W/Grilled chicken, onions, sweet bbq sauce,and WELL DONE CRUST. They are the only place that you can order your pizza or any dough product normal or well done. Well done is the way we love our pizzas and the Donna knew we love ours well done at Pasquale's all the years we had used them. Go to Papa John's and try the Bbq Chkn and the cheeseburger pizza....you'll never go wrong. Great job!!!
