We ordered five pizzas and breadsticks for our family Christmas eve. We got two works, two pepperoni and one sausage. With promos we averaged $13 per large pizza which was fair. The on line order process was fairly simple. Our order was ready on time. The employees were all very professional and friendly. Order and pick up was a very smooth and pleasent experience. Our problem was with the product. All of the pizzas were lacking in ingredients. They also were all lacking in taste. The crust was thick, hard and tasteless. We were expecting what we see on the TV ads. All we can say is it was definitely NOT as seen on TV. My wife ended up eating something else for dinner. Bad experience meaning we will not be returning.

What a freaking joke! Order 2 large pizza and 15 boneless bbq chicken wings. I will say the pizza was ok. But the chicken were a joke!! They were chicken nuggets with bbq sauce put on them. We spent $62 there. Won't be wasting my time or money there again!

Love Papa John’s but first time visiting this location. Google sent me to a vacant bldg so I had to call. Got good directions, right across from Chevy dealership! My order was ready when I got there and as always, was delish! Friendly staff too!

The lady who answered the phone was rude as hell I get working at a restaurant can be stressful but to say call someone else you have orders on the screen and don't have time to take my order is absolutely ridiculous I don't care what anyone says I couldn't imagine being this rude to a customer who pays my bill and I was going to tip everyone in the store 20$ but it is what it is I tipped 5 people at dominos 20$ a piece because they were respectful and handled me like a human being

My app was having issues so i called to place my order. Was told 40 minutes. 1.5 hours I called the store directly to find out where my pizza is. They said driver called and my number was disconnected so they just canceled my order. Nobody called and the manger took his lazy drivers word. This is the 2nd time this store has done this and it's by far the worst service Papa Johns. Never again will I order from here.

These people are lazy and don’t want to work. We waited for 2 hours for pizza and it never showed. We’ve got it here numerous times but tonight the delivery driver said he tried to call but was a lie. The Cullman store needs new employees who want to work. Go to Dominoes for pizza in Cullman.
