Rice and Soy is our go to for Chinese food in Cullman. It is primarily a take-out restaurant. They do have a few tables if somebody chooses to eat in. There is not a lot of atmosphere but the restaurant is very clean. We place our order and it is always ready in twenty minutes which is exactly how long it takes for us to travel there. The store may be small but the portions are large! Very good food! I just discovered this the other day and now I crave it!
One of my favorite places to get Chinese here. Excellent service although the crab rangoon your mileage can vary it's not always crispy.
