They’ve messed up countless numbers of orders we’ve received, whether they were over their mobile app or in person, the manager is awful and many of the drive in menu things are broken or out of order.

Ordered the smash burgers and when they came the meat was just like all the other burgers. Not smash cooked at all. I have these burgers at other locations and they were great.
The past few years this has really gone down. Takes a while to get drinks even. I miss the quality of what sonic used to be while paying what I would at a sit down restaurant.
