Wanted my sandwich toasted and they did not toast it when I pulled up to drive thru the guy was so rude and I wanted dr.pepper and he literally gave me root beer
Don't bother asking for extra they give you the same amount no matter what you ask for. I ask for extra everything on one sandwich and it was smaller than a sandwich that got 2 vegetables so it's pointless. Never get chips you pay for

Horrible service. Refused to take the coupon that brought us there in the first place and then overcharged us. Gave a lame excuse about not taking coupons. Not going back. Listen to the reviews above. Not sure how it’s at 4.7 but headed for 1.

Terrible experience. Placed an online order and it said it would be $14 because I had a coupon. My card was charged $28. I immediately called to cancel the order and no one would answer. Called 9 times before anyone answered (6 minutes later) and he told me the order couldn't be canceled. I told him that I had been calling and no one was answering, and he told me it was too late because the order was already made and then hung up on me. Will NEVER go back to this location.

Before me and my wife even went we tried calling 3 times no answer arrive and they are sitting down on there phones paying no attention then when we try to order one guy can’t understand what we are saying because he doesn’t speak English and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times and he still almost got the order wrong then at the end he tried to sneak in a 3rd sandwich and make us pay for it saying my wife asked for it when I was standing there the whole time and she didn’t say anything about a third sandwich he was saying we had to take it I about left him with all three sandwiches will not be back

Just went to subway for the first time in years. Tried the new $15 foot long. Ridiculous prices won’t go back.
Served my sandwhich on hard, stale, crumbly bread. Disappointing because usually it's good. May have to start going with a different Subway.
After having to repeat my order for 5 mins it was still completely messed up. Tuna,American cheese,olives,lettuce,tomato,banana pepper,jalapeños and mayo. What I actually got was tuna and lettuce and that's all.

First thing is first let start with coming to the counter, while we were trying to decide what we wanted the employees kept interrupting us very rudely and got nasty with us about what sandwiches we weren’t allowed to get with our coupon. I ordered a sandwich toasted and I specifically said no onions on any of them because of an allergy my wife didn’t want to risk it with hers either because normally we share. Not so much as a thank you as we were paying or leaving just the ignorant looks from the 2 of them. We get digging into our sandwiches guess what’s barely any meat in them like I think there was more veggies than anything in my overly toasted sub I could barely bite into it. Oh if it couldn’t get any worse my sub had onions in them after I specifically said no onions I’m allergic didn’t noticed them until I bit into some and was like that taste funky and I look oh it’s got onions not like a mistake oops some slipped in the from the lettuces or something no they are everywhere in my sandwich how do you mess up like this. This place is a less then 1 out of 10 stars would not recommend to come here

I ordered no tomatoes due to an allergy and it was put on there anyways, after 2 bites i was sick, when i called a girl answered and when i asked for the manager she said "We dont have one and the owner is not here" and, so what did i want her to do, she was very rude, and would not give her name and then hung up on me. She is going to cost the owner his business and livelihood. Something like this can cost a person their life when they are allergic to something and specifically state 5+ times no tomatoes and then the worker repeated it and then still put it on there anyways!!! SHE IS ASKING FOR A LAWSUIT FOR THIS BUSINESS!!! HE NEEDS TO GET HER UNDER CONTROL OR GET RID OF HER AND GET A NEW WORKER!!!!

Tip it does not go to the person you want it to it split from all employed.
I think it should go to the person you want it to.

The young girl was the worst. She was a smart mouth and said her uncle owned store so she didn't care. Get mustard on your sub when you didn't want it?.... it gets scraped off with their hand. Sad!!

Worst Subway in town. Every time there is something wrong/missing in my order. Last time I paid for a churro I never got, this time ordered 3 footlongs and I got 2 footling and a 6 inch. They also skimp on everything at this location. Go to 278 across from Circle K, they are MUCH better!

The owner was in and provided stellar service. After eating half my sub I noticed some large, black, nasty smelling chunks of Lord knows what underneath the meat. It appeared to have been put there prior to the toasting process. Not sure what it was or how it got there but it was gross.
