Our second time trying to try this place.. The first time we walked in before the closing hours posted, and the rude girl told us she had already shut off the machines and put everything away. This time we arrived hours before they close and there was no fruit or boba toppings out. When we asked the same rude girl said they put up the fruit at 7pm... 2.5 hours before they close!!! Then the price for my son to get a bowl of yogurt, 11 dollars!! The girl at the register was rude and on her phone the whole time... No fruit toppings soo my other son and I did not partake in the yogurt. And we never will unless something changes.. The owners really should secret shop their store. *** update owner contacted me and said she will take care of the problem** she was friendly and invited us back. So we will go and see somepoint in the future.

I REALLY want this place to do well as it is “veteran-owned”. However, my 1st experience may very well be my last. Lights off, dirty, stale toppings/bad yogurt and rude young girl at the counter. Proof that teenagers need adult guidance in running a business.?

The girl that was working at the counter was incredibly rude and kept looking at me like she was disgusted by me, she took like 15 minutes to make some bubble tea for me and my friend and when she brought them out she didn’t even say anything. When I tried the tea it was really bad so I doubt that I will come here again.

Love this place! Went there yesterday! It’s so cute, very family oriented and the girl and boy behind the counter were so nice and funny. The service was great, the yogurt, and the strawberry bubble tea was AMAZING! Definitely going back soon.

I have never made a review before, but after the experience we had I had to. Saturday we went to this place… waking in I’m not sure why, but it was HOT. Which it’s summer I get that, but the temperature was definitely up. The lobby was an absolute mess. The chairs were everywhere and customers were just standing around waiting for the cashier. So we proceeded to grab a cup and get yogurt. It was so hot in there that our yogurt was already melting as it touched the cup and on top of that there was NO fresh toppings ALL of them were empty. The bar was absolutely disgusting with spilled liquid and crumbs and syrup EVERYWHERE. AND HERE IS THE BEST PART.. as we were checking out there were teens in front of us who “didn’t have money” and the young teen working said “hey it’s ok just take it I gave so and so free food earlier”. At that point it’s like why can’t ours be free?????? If I say I don’t have money and you don’t know me.. are you gonna charge me??? And if so why? What’s the difference? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I used to love this place and after that experience I don’t want to go back.
