My last two times at this establishment have been less than stellar… when I brought it to the attention of leadership my complaint was ignored. I sought to bring it to their attention privately but since it was ignored I decided to leave it here. There was an obnoxious amount of black pepper in my chicken so much so it left a very gritty and offputting texture in my mouth throughout the potato… so much so it was a gray hue…It was inedible. Mind you, I did not ask for a refund I just simply wanted to bring it to their attention but again it was ignored. The other two potatoes that I ordered for my family were mediocre. It’s OK to have an off day as a business owner (no business is perfect) it is not however OK to ignore faithful customers who patronize your establishment weekly, when your staff sees them they recognize them right away. A customer who is a brand ambassador inside and away from your establishment. I will not be back.
Staff is friendly , the atmosphere is great, and the food is delicious!
Great food. My favorite new place to eat.

I was not impressed by the jalapeño chicken sandwich meal, pictured. Flavor was ok, but I think I should have gone somewhere else for a sandwich. Spent less at Firehouse Subs and got the same, if not better tasting food. Would not recommend visiting.

Although the people were very nice, the 37 minute wait for our order was not. We were told it could take 20 minutes but it turned out to be more like double that. They did offer us a few free cookies to make up for the wait. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I did think the prices were a little over what I am used to paying for the same thing at other places.

First, i was shocked at the reviews! I would like to suggest ignoring all of the petty, picky, ridiculous reviews complaining about this place. My daughter and I ate here (Daphne) for the first time last week and it was AMAZING! The food was freshly made, it was hot (and I mean blow on it or it will burn your tongue actually hot which you rarely get in fast food), and it tasted fantastic! We were so excited to see we had this place because we both love potatoes and would get them from McAlisters in Mobile when we lived there and there isnt one this side if the bay. This place was even better! We are both fans and will definitely go back. Dont skip this place because of the reviews or you will miss out.

There’s some stuff to like and some stuff to dislike about this place, for sure. First of all, there are three items on the kids menu, none of which are potatoes. So that was a bummer. Nothing like choosing between buying your child a reheated Uncrustable or throwing half of a $14 entree in the trash. There are also no kids drinks. It’s soda or tea for them. I had a water, which I threw away. No joke, I had to throw the water away. Either the cup or the water itself had a horrendous smell. It honestly smelled like ammonia but not from a cleaner. The sodas were fine, though the lids were coffee lids, not soda lids. I didn’t love having to eat out of a syrofoam to-go container. Why don’t they have an eat-in option? It’s clearly an eat-in place, since they have a dozen or so tables. The potato was…. fine. It was fine. Nothing special but also not really terrible. The toppings were on the bland side, for sure. There is no seasoning bar or anything in addition to the little salt and pepper packet that came in the syrofoam container, so you can’t really remedy the ‘bland' yourself. All in all it was a very underwhelming experience and I won’t bother giving it a second try.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly in the sense that they allow kids. No small cups, no kids drinks at all beyond soda, and a really limited kids menu (which doesn’t include a single potato option). So no, I wouldn’t consider it particularly kid friendly.

Placed orders for my coworkers that I was going to pick up for them, 2 people didn't get the correct order or all items, all though they repeated what I said, so I know they heard me. Then when I called back to place one more order, the lady answers only to ask me to hold..... For almost 50 minutes she ignored the phone and I heard all the conversations either with guest, coworkers or no noises other than chopping....I arrive to the restaurant still on hold, show her my phone and ask, "do I still need to hold or can you take my order".... She then tried to act like I wasn't on the phone which she picked up and I instantly said hi into my phone, looking at her when she realized this..... No apology, no nothing.... Told co-workers to pick a different place as I will no go there for their food again

This is a styrofoam waste Land
How can anyone still be using styrofoam ???
My potato was pretty tasty and my son had the grilled cheese
I wanted a better choice of healthy beverages but it was sodas and Powerade
The waste created at this place will keep me from going back
I went into the Big Potato Company with my daughter to order Togo we ordered the creole étouffée potato and added the shrimp and a garden salad with chicken added to it. The blonde woman taking my order had an attitude while taking our order I didn’t think anything of it just thought she might have had a bad day no big deal until later after I got home and realized my food was wrong they gave us the gumbo potato instead so I called she says come back and they will remake it… I then later received a phone call while heading back there by the same woman telling me they didn’t mess up and how they aren’t going to replace it… I said ma’am even on the box it says gumbo potato and she said they wrote it on the box on an accident with an attitude and being super rude and then hung up on me. I have gone multiple times and order the same thing also know the taste difference between creole étouffée and gumbo. If this is how they treat customers they are going to loose business!
