Worst chipotle it is wish i could leave 0 stars I have never experienced anything like it the food wasn’t fresh the taste was very off it was horrible they was out of everything and i had a online order for my friend and her sauces wasn’t in her bag they messed her order all the way up the workers was impatient and had attitudes especially with the gold teeth and the place was dirty look like it have not been cleaned in decades trash all over the floors I don't recommend anyone to waste your time or money!!!

Went there twice for the past week. Both times staff was very unfriendly and almost felt uncomfortable to order extra because it will cause inconvenience (and I am not a shy person at all). Aside from it, food was very decent.

Coming from the city/state that Chipotle was created, I have yet to find a chipotle that is even close to being the same as ANY of the stores in Colorado.
Flavor is seriously lacking…do you put salt in the food? The chicken is very dismal in comparison. Rice is always mushy and not very cilantro lime tasting and definitely not salt.
I get everywhere is lacking staff but goodness, the 3 times I’ve been in this store over the past 6 months there have been towers of metal food bins are stacked on the back food counter. I guess I just know how to choose the night?!?
However it’s not just been this location it’s been 4 locations here in the east that just do not measure up to what I know chipotle to be from Colorado for taste, service, cleanliness. But biggest is flavor is so disappointing out this way. Not sure I can continue trying to give it another shot even after months of not goin.

Attitudes horrible! Argued me about my toppings, can’t wrap a burrito. burrito bursted open with barely anything on it & did not double wrap it. threw my food down the line to the next person & POOR HYGIENE. does not know how to was hands, will be calling the state.

This Chipotle genuinely sucks so bad. Staff is rude or makes things unnecessarily difficult & I'm charged differently each time. Can't rely on food to be prepped. Attitude here overall is garbage. Stopped going to this location for this reason.

Went for lunch break. ALL of the food on the line was out! Everything was old looking nothing fresh. We waited on meat to be cut from the grill. Sour was very runny. I didn't eat all my food I just stopped in the middle cause I got a bad taste in my mouth. My co-worker's stomach started hurting soon as we left. Then she had stomach issues the rest of day. I got sick about a hr later. My Dr. said it may be a little food posision. Please go check this location they need help bad.

This was the first time I’ve ever had chipotle. Pick up service was 5 star. DOMINIC was so helpful and polite! He went above and beyond. Sadly most of what I ordered was missing from our meals! I usually check food but figured it would be good since I ordered ahead. Customer service was a pain, the chat didn’t fix the issue but luckily I found the chipotle customer service phone number for a refund. I was items and the quality was just not right. ? Me and my daughter were really let down. It’s hard to find vegetarian options- the soffritas were disgusting and super processed. If I ever try chipotle again, I will definitely go in and get it made to go instead of through the app.
