This was the first time I’ve ever had chipotle. Pick up service was 5 star. DOMINIC was so helpful and polite! He went above and beyond. Sadly most of what I ordered was missing from our meals! I usually check food but figured it would be good since I ordered ahead. Customer service was a pain, the chat didn’t fix the issue but luckily I found the chipotle customer service phone number for a refund. I was items and the quality was just not right. ? Me and my daughter were really let down. It’s hard to find vegetarian options- the soffritas were disgusting and super processed. If I ever try chipotle again, I will definitely go in and get it made to go instead of through the app.

The worst service I ever got. The lady on the line (a big black lady) was so rude. While she was serving my bowl, some meat got out of her spoon, she picked it up and put it on my bowl! Don't even bother to go there.

Came by at 5:30 and most tables and surfaces needed to be wiped down. Many of the food items were very low and did not look appealing. Corporate needs to check in on the management of this location. Not impressed at all especially for the price.

The employees are incredibly rude and dismissive and they are always out of everything. I've gone three times now and the first two were online orders. I get to the window and say hello and they never respond just shove my order in my face and slam the window. When I got home both times, my burrito bowl was missing half the ingredients. I got a veggie bowl and all that was on it was rice and sour cream. I'm not kidding. It was missing guac, salsa, pico everything. I go back and the girl at the window just nonchalantly says "oh yeah we're out of veggies and guac." Why couldn't anyone let me know that beforehand? No offer to fix it and no refund either. This happened again with no offer to fix anything and my third and final time I went into the store and it was absolutely disgusting inside. Nothing fresh and employees all had airpods in.

I come to this chipotle ATLEAST once a week if not more. I have to mobile order because I don’t have long for a lunch break. It’s always ready to go with little to no wait and I’ve only encountered extremely nice workers. But I have to give 3 stars because my bowls are ALWAYS missing something. And they should just take fajita veggies off the menu because as long as I’ve been ordering from there I’ve NEVER gotten any.

We eat there at least once a month. When it first opened, the food was very good and plentiful. Our last two mobile pickup orders have been disappointing. Both the last two orders a month apart were missing fajita veggies, so it’s not a rare occurrence of running out of stuff apparently. The bowls I ordered were also lacking in food quantity, despite the fact that I put a tip on every to-go mobile order to make sure they’re done right. Well guess what, I’m done with mobile orders and I’m done with tipping someone to do a poor job. I will go back, but I will go to the counter and watch to be sure my order for a put together properly or I’ll refuse the food. I love Chipotle, but this one is definitely representative of its 2.8 star rating.
