They were out of almost every product. When we asked why they were out the guy running the drive-thru window said he was the only one that knew how to make them and said he was too busy with the drive-thru window!!! The worst customer service I've ever seen!!!

My mocha iced latte had no mocha, no milk, no whip cream, or choc drizzle. It was just straight coffee. Not to mention they almost forgot to make it in the first place. Not a great first visit. Makes me wanna stick with a Starbucks.

I usually place an online order shortly after 5am some mornings on my way to work, today was the SECOND time i’ve gotten there and they’re closed when online and their app says they open at 5, you would also think that they would get there earlier to set up for the day. Needless to say I don’t have my coffee and i’m now out the money i spent on my coffee.

I ordered six creme donuts on the app. I was not told they were out of creme donuts, I found that out by biting into a lemon curd donut. Turns out, instead of offering me any alternative, they gave me three lemon and three custard donuts. I called, and I couldn't figure out whether they were saying they were out or they misplaced my order?? Either way, I was basically given a "that sucks" and no resolution. This was my first time trying Dunkin. This was also my last time trying Dunkin. If I wanted surprises, I would buy a mystery box.

For me, if you want straight up coffee and not that expensive bark tasting coffee, this is the place! Fast and efficient. Get there early, because sometimes they sell out of doughnuts.Thanks guys for a good service and a smile!
This Dunkin was doing better from new management, idk what is going on today. Had to wait at the speaker for 10-15 minutes (there was no line we were the only people there after the person ahead left and with food mind you) finally we ordered our coffee and began to order food, then we’re told “we’re not making food anymore” it’s possible something happened, idk. But if there’s “no food” let people know before they’re sit and wait there. There was no apology or any form of customer service.This was 11am January 27th.The manager here is a good guy trying to have some success. I am leaving this review so he knows what’s going on here.

The girl at the drive thru was extremely rude from the time of order until we left. We order an unsweetened ice tea and she gave us a sweet tea. When we told her it was sweet tea she copped an attitude and was like what do you want me to do about it.I asked for a medium hot coffee instead and she gave me a medium iced coffee... Instead of making it a bigger issue we just took it and left.

Even though the guy that made my macchiato didn't make it the right color I wanted, it was actually really nice to go through a drive-thru and the person taking my order have a smile on their face. That is very rare and she was very friendly and that's the kind of positivity people need to have. It was a black female. Very sweet and very nice
