5 star! Very fresh and delicious!
Not impressed at all. I ordered in the app to be picked up inside. When I got there at 9:30am all of the doors were locked. The three people inside made no attempt to come out from behind the counter. They yelled numerous times which I did not understand, when finally one of the 3 yelled loud enough for me to understand the ONLY the drive thru was open today. I drove around and picked up my order. I suggested that they needed to put a sign on the doors. All 3 just stared at me.

We stopped in after a very hot day of Motorcycle riding, the parking lot was well-maintained and Patricia the assistant manager was a doll to deal with! Love the patriotic decorations. They should stay up year-round.

Dunkin' is a popular coffee and donut chain that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have praised the friendly staff and high-quality coffee and food, others have experienced poor customer service and issues with the store's operations. One customer reported a negative experience with a manager who refused to provide the requested cream for their coffee, leading to an unsatisfactory outcome. Another customer has faced multiple instances of the store being closed during their scheduled opening hours, resulting in a lack of their morning coffee. However, the majority of reviews highlight the store's recent improvements in staff attitude and the overall quality of their products. The older lady working the drive-thru, in particular, has been noted for her exceptional customer service.
