“I had a mobile order this morning and we all quickly realized that they didn’t have my order in the system. When I showed them my order receipt they informed me I had mistakenly put a different Dunkin’ location! We were about to leave but the employees called us back in and made my order while also informing the manager at the Dunkin’ location I originally ordered from what had happened! They were all so sweet and understanding“
