I had a mobile order this morning and we all quickly realized that they didn’t have my order in the system. When I showed them my order receipt they informed me I had mistakenly put a different Dunkin’ location! We were about to leave but the employees called us back in and made my order while also informing the manager at the Dunkin’ location I originally ordered from what had happened! They were all so sweet and understanding
Hash browns were oily and soggy, tasted like very old oil. Croissant was ice cold in the center. Coffee was good. People inside were ok, but seemed interested in me know when asking for a tip, after that they just talked amongst their selves
Didn't know what I wanted, but the gentleman in the drive thru suggested a dunkalatte with butter pecan. Was a great suggestion!
