Ordered a large vanilla iced coffee during breakfast once a week for 3weeks and was told each time that they didn't have them. Went thru drive thru at lunch today at 11:10 and ordered an ice coffee and was told again that they didn't have it today. What the heck. Take it off your menu if you're not going to make it available after sitting in your slow line!
They do not care about good customer service

Jesse deserved gratitude. He stayed a few minutes late after close just to make sure I got my order for my kids. We drove 1500 miles and finally stopped and I cannot be happier with the way Jesse handled the situation right at closing time. Give this man a raise. He is the reason people keep coming back
