Tatiana is so pleasant every morning-always so positive and upbeat! My order is always right (I'm here more often then I'd like to admit), and I appreciate the consistency.
Started out as a stellar customer experiece, then went south when Jonathan, the manager instructed the server NOT to give me cream on the side as I requested. Offered me the little prepackaged 18% cream and I still asked for real cream. Jonathan told the server to NOT do that, that the prepackaged is cheaper. The server started to accommodate me anyway but was directed by Jonathan to put cream directly in my coffee. I am very particular about how much cream I want which is why...
I usually place an online order shortly after 5am some mornings on my way to work, today was the SECOND time i’ve gotten there and they’re closed when online and their app says they open at 5, you would also think that they would get there earlier to set up for the day. Needless to say I don’t have my coffee and i’m now out the money i spent on my coffee.
