I can say nothing but good things about the office staff at the colonnade. Angela assisted me and my husband with every single question we had about the community and eased our minds about all of our concerns. She was quick to follow up with us and easy to talk to. We weren’t able to move into the apartment that we’d applied for due to a death in the family, but we are so grateful for the experience that we’d had so far with the colonnade, and are truly saddened that we won’t be able to join the community. I am also in apartment property management, and I can happily say that the pricing is wonderful for the area, the community is beautiful, the few residents that we interacted with were delightful, and we also have family who’d lived here in the past who raved about the staff’s kindness, promptness, and eager-to-help attitude. If you’re looking for somewhere in the Eastern Shore area to rent, you cannot go wrong with this place. We toured nearly every apartment community in town, and none came close in comparison!!❤️
Love calling this place home.
I love this place. Rebecca especially. She tries hard and is so sweet. If I have a problem, maintenance is there right away. I did a bunch of research on other apartments and cost ratios for what you get. You can’t get better for the price.
We have lived here for 2 years. We love living here. We have met great people. We love the pool. Tal is the best maintenance guy! He’s very personable. I love that I can text the office and they respond back.
My wife and I have called the Colonnade home now for 3 years and we love it! Great location, beautiful grounds, great amenities, welcoming staff, and efficient & friendly maintenance crew! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move to the area.
I love living here. The staff is friendly and knows my name. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The finishes in my apartment are great. The kitchen is spacious and beautiful. I love the quartz countertops and there is plenty of cabinet space and counter space. Storage is usually a premium in an apartment but we have plenty of space for everything!
The pool and fitness center are top tier along with so many other amenities here. The location is in the middle of Daphne and Fairhope and very convenient.
Apartment living makes life easier when you have the right location, lots of great amenities and an attentive and friendly staff. You will find that at The Colonnade on the Eastern Shore!
I have lived at the Colonnade for about 8 months, and I have been impressed since day 1! The apartments themselves are beautiful, and the community is so friendly. My favorite parts about living here are the pet friendly atmosphere and the pool!
I can't believe it's already been a few incredible years since I made the best decision to call The Colonnade at Eastern Shore my home! As I sit here in my cozy apartment, surrounded by the serene views and warm community, I'm filled with gratitude and enthusiasm to share my love for this amazing place.
From the moment I moved in, I knew I made the right choice. The welcoming staff, beautifully manicured grounds, and the amazing amenities and apartments all came together to create a sense of belonging. Over the past three years, I've experienced firsthand the unparalleled comfort, convenience, and community that The Colonnade offers.
One of my favorite aspects is the incredible amenities. Whether I need a relaxing evening by the pool, a invigorating workout in the state-of-the-art gym, or a productive session in the business center, everything I need is right at my fingertips. And let's not forget about the regular community events and activities that bring us all together!
But what truly sets The Colonnade apart is the sense of community. The staff is always friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our happiness and well-being.
Living at The Colonnade has been a game-changer for me. I've grown as a person, made lifelong friends, and created memories that I'll treasure forever. If you're considering making the move, I say go for it! You won't regret it. Here's to many more amazing years at The Colonnade at Eastern Shore!

Horrible place to live. Mold everywhere. Do your homework and find somewhere else to live.
Where do I begin with this place.. I have lived here for one year, and the apartments themselves are decent at best. They are clearly thrown together, but hey that's just about any apartment complex right. There are constantly water spots and black mold on the walls and ceilings. So if you have children, there is a chance they will stay coughing and sneezing. The water pressure is the worst I have ever had. The appliances are constantly working and not working. The gates rarely work to let yourself in the complex. The phone booth to open the gate may has worked 5-10 times the entire year I have been there. I can't tell you how many times I have sat at the gate for 30 minutes waiting to get into my own home because the gate is broken. The back gate is broken 90% of the time. The pool area is kept nice and clean, and well maintained. The grounds are fairly clean at all times and landscaped regularly making for a clean property. The maintenance crew is very responsive and awesome. Rebecca in the office, awesome - when you can get her on the phone. They have changed management multiple times within the past couple of months and it reflects through their lack of assistance. You have to call on average 10-12 times a day before anyone picks up the phone. If you email, you are lucky to get a response and IF you do, it's about a week or two later. I am approaching the end of my lease, and decided to move because of work. I tried to call the office staff repeatedly, no answer. For 7-10 days straight. I left a message 3 different times, and a sticky note with my info supposedly got placed on her desk all 3 times. I work during office hours so I could not just stop in. Finally Keylee, the property manager - for this week at least - reached back out to me and explained to me that I would not have to pay an extra 60 days of rent after my lease end date, because new management had taken over and they were having problems with the phones and so forth. She wanted to reach out to corporate to see if they could negotiate my rate because my rent was increasing by roughly $200 a month which is insane to me. She got back to me quickly seeing as they wanted me to resign, and I turned the offer down. Once I turned the offer down, now all of a sudden I do indeed have to pay for an additional 60 days of rent, and she completely disregarded the fact that she told me I would not have to worry about that since they are practically impossible to get ahold of. So now I am stuck with 2 rents for the next 60 days, because after she told me I would not have to pay them past my move out date, I signed another lease. Low and behold, they reneged on their word. Overall the apartments are 4/10. Management is extremely poor, and I see why they run through managers once a month. Rebecca is the only reason I was ever able to communicate with the staff at all and I am appreciative of her work ethic and great attitude. Thanks maintenance for all you do. Everything else, man I hate to say but I would steer away. They are one of the most expensive properties in Baldwin county and for zero reason. I would say check out the Vinings or the Palladian instead of the Collonade. Maybe one day when they have management who doesn't lie to you, it would be a better place.
Great Maintenance staff and love the office staff very fair
I just moved to this community less than a week ago and placed my bike in the rack right outside of my apartment and it got stolen. Very disappointed and concerned, as it is advertised as a gated, safe and family friendly community, which seems the opposite to me right now. I don't feel it as a safe place to live and have your stuff.
Because I did not stand where the clerk wanted me to (behind a plexiglass wall), she got angry at me and said she would not give me the room and told me to leave. I could not hear or understand what she was saying behind the plexiglass. Worst service and most rude I have ever seen in my life. This place should not even be in business. I was glad to leave. Found a motel with excellent customer service and no plexiglass. Avoid this place at all costs.
