I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and I have no complaints. Maintenance requests are always responded to in a timely manner, the office staff is always nice and helpful. Rebecca is the sweetest. The maintenance men are always professional and respectful. Tal is great as well. It’s a good community to live in.
I can say nothing but good things about the office staff at the colonnade. Angela assisted me and my husband with every single question we had about the community and eased our minds about all of our concerns. She was quick to follow up with us and easy to talk to. I love this place. Rebecca especially. She tries hard and is so sweet. If I have a problem, maintenance is there right away. I did a bunch of research on other apartments and cost ratios for what you get. You can’t get better for the price.
