I have lived here for almost a full year now and just renewed! I have absolutely loved my time here. Not only are the grounds nicely kept, the amenities are great and the people are even better! Special thank you to Angela and Rebecca, for being so genuinely kind. The office staff goes above and beyond to be friendly and attentive. The maintenance man is sweet as can be! I’m so happy to call The Colonnade at Eastern Shore, home! :)
I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and I have no complaints. Maintenance requests are always responded to in a timely manner, the office staff is always nice and helpful. Rebecca is the sweetest. The maintenance men are always professional and respectful. Tal is great as well. It’s a good community to live in.
I can say nothing but good things about the office staff at the colonnade. Angela assisted me and my husband with every single question we had about the community and eased our minds about all of our concerns. She was quick to follow up with us and easy to talk to. We weren’t able to move into the apartment that we’d applied for due to a death in the family, but we are so grateful for the experience that we’d had so far with the colonnade, and are truly saddened that we...
