I know they're a chain store but I like their burgers and their fries are like what my mom made us way back in the day,are they cheap no, but I don't eat there every week,the place always looks clean and well kept, service is fast and Fairhope store has a drive through which I haven't used yet

Fried are good, but prices are insane to me. In this economy, 20 plus for a combo is not easy for 1 person. For a splurge, it's fine but not a budget friendly place, in my opinion, with so many places offering budget boxes and coupon options or discounts.

Friendly staff greeted us at the door. Helpful at the register with young kids ordering. Staff all seemed to get along which is great. Food was done quick, fresh and delicious. Order was correct. The pearl jam serenade was epic. Restaurant was clean. Stellar experience. Wish every fast food place was run this well. Cheers from Texas.

The food is great but you really pay through the nose for it. Inflation has hit this place hard. Love the food but hate the price. Comparable to the price of 2 or 3 steak dinners.
Fast, tasty good value. Burgers in several sizes to match your appetite. The fries? VERY shareable. Tables are regularly sanitized. Restrooms close. Indoor or outdoor seating available. Parking very close and handicap accessible.

If you get the hamburger, it’s really hard to get better than five guys there is some specialty places that have hamburgers as good but you pay a lot more even though you pay a lot at five Guys Way too

This location has great staff. Everyone from the manager to cooks and cashiers are always super friendly and personable. You can tell they really enjoy their jobs. I order for myself gluten free bowls often and also do deliveries from here. Keep up the great work!
