Buyer beware! I ordered and paid for large fresh shrimp but unfortunately, when I started to peel them on the 4th of July (when they were closed) they were small size at best. The large shrimp were on the top of the pan but obviously under them was what I would call salad shrimp. Very hard to peel and embarrassed to serve them to my guests!
Excited seafood and good sweet people as well!
Always have great prices on AL oysters!!
We just bought some grouper here. We took a chance. Never been there before. It was AWESOME! Fair price. Great taste. Super fresh ... straight out of the water! We will go back again and again.
Friendly people. Good selection and competitive prices.
Friendly service and great prices. This is definitely my go to for all my salmon and shrimp.
Very great and friendly service
This is my favorite seafood market. They always get me in and out and answer all my crazy questions. My favorite thing to get there is the 2 pound bags of peeled and deveined shrimp. They are a must have in my freezer at all times!
Great place to get seafood. The salmon they have flown in is the best around.
Best prices.

Being from out of town, the shrimp we got from this store was phenomenal!
THIS IS NOW MY GO-TO!!! The lady working today (l forgot to ask her name) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of frozen and fresh. The prices are very competitive. I suggest using GPS because it's on a side road between 13 and 181, a little bit south of CR 64 on the right if you're going south.
So I asked about a fish that was over the ice, where they usually lay their fresh, never frozen fish or so I thought. I asked what it was, labeled Swai, and the young man said it was a good fish, I specifically asked for fresh gulf fish and got jumbled to buying that trash and a filet of snapper from the gulf I assume. He never mentioned the Swai it was from Indonesia, farmed which is like eating poison. I brought it home unknowing what swai was cooked it and felt like sh i. t fro the next 3 days. I realize now they sell a lot of fish from Indonesian farms there. I've seen it in their freezers and I DON'T EAT FARMED FISH. I felt taken. NOT COOL!
I have visited Fresh Seafood Distributors many times for their fresh fish, but we ordered some boiled crawfish this weekend for the first time. It was some of the best tasting crawfish I've had in a long time. They were good sized and perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend visiting these folks for your seafood and crawfish needs. They also have a great selection of spices and gumbo mixes.
No need to go to the Causeway or Mobile for crawfish, some of the best are right here! Perfect size and spice 🦞
