Ordered delivery for the second time (first time was a year ago) only to get a call 30 mins later telling me yet again they have no drivers but I can pick it up. If I wanted to pick up I would have placed my order for pick up… Stop taking delivery orders if you have no drivers. I see I’m not the only one complaining about this. Also my money is taken right out for my order but takes forever to be put back in my account. Don’t accept the payment unless you have drivers! I love jimmy johns but this location is not it. Change your website for this location to be able to accept the payment IF you have drivers. Everyone is short staffed but I’ve had a few places tell me BEFORE accepting my payment if they can’t deliver. No freaky fast with this location. Airport location in mobile is SO much better

Food was amazing and staff were nice, but when I ordered I was told no drivers were available. I was still charged delivery and tip that I had to get refunded even though I had to go get it myself.

As others have said, the service at this location is not up to par, particularly delivery service. About 75% of the time you order for delivery, you will soon get a call saying they have no driver, short staffed or other excuses. In the most recent case, they accepted a delivery order and I waited for over an hour and had to call them to find out what was going on. Of course, no delivery driver. Please just stop accepting delivery orders.The dine-in and driver-thru is not much better. My most recent drive-thru visit, they refused to take the order at the intercom location and insisted I pull up to the window to order. I have no idea why, the intercom was working fine. So every customer had to order at the window and wait for them to make that order before they'd move on to taking the next order. Horribly inefficient, it took about 25 minutes to serve 3 customers. Not so "Freaky Fast".

I eat Jimmy John's frequently in Mobile, but this one isn't up to snuff. Service is super slow. They will have two people working and they rotate between drive through, call in and Mobile order. There's not enough staff and they don't seem to be trained well.The food is good, but just make sure you have a double helping of patience. We waited 20 minutes to get food one day. Ridiculous. I've ordered in Mobile and been handed my sandwich at the same time as submitting payment. This location is freaky slow instead of freaky fast.Vegetarian options: You can get a veggie sub

Very friendly had my Order perfect . The food was really good . Went to the drive - thru . Was in and out right away . Really nice and clean food . Outside was very clean .

Don't order delivery. They will accept your order and your money, then tell you they don't have enough drivers to deliver it to you, promise you a refund, then block your number so you can't get ahold of them. Its been 15 days and I still haven't received my refund. Do better, JJ.Editing to say: I called JJ Customer Service to try to facilitate a refund. This store is independently owned, which makes a whole lot of sense as to why its run so poorly. I truly hope it's not stealing money from your customers thats keeping the doors open at this store. Poor, poor management, awful business practices, and honestly quite scummy to do what they're doing.
