I eat Jimmy John's frequently in Mobile, but this one isn't up to snuff. Service is super slow. They will have two people working and they rotate between drive through, call in and Mobile order. There's not enough staff and they don't seem to be trained well.The food is good, but just make sure you have a double helping of patience. We waited 20 minutes to get food one day. Ridiculous. I eat at Jimmy John's a lot... Like 3 plus times a week. This location is consistently not that great with service, knowledge, or food compared to any others around. I'm hoping it's just a learning curve since it's newer. I've gotten the wrong order multiple times, was charged double once, etc.
