I waited at the outside drive thru lane for a few minutes. After nothing, I said hello 4 times. No one responded. They skipped me and took orders on the inside lane of people who just pulled up after me. I pulled up to the window and VERY CALMLY explained no one took my order. just terrible
busy around the house so ordered delivery well the order was in complete surprise surprise
the really bad part is trying to get someone to report the problem to
don't call the store they must have the phone off the hook so a busy signal
there is no way to contact McDonald's and I called door dash and that's was a joke
never again
Ordered a large vanilla iced coffee during breakfast once a week for 3weeks and was told each time that they didn't have them. Went thru drive thru at lunch today at 11:10 and ordered an ice coffee and was told again that they didn't have it today. What the heck. Take it off your menu if you're not going to make it available after sitting in your slow line!
