Appreciate this little spot! Always so friendly and prompt, even when the line is long. Don't know if it is good or bad that it is so close to my apartment (lol!); they do have yummy breakfast sandwiches and the drinks are always delicious, whether iced or hot! ;-)

MOST AWESOME Scooter's!!!!! I always order from the app but they remember my name by my order everytime! They prepare every cup of espresso with a level of care you just don't find in any profession anymore. You owe it to yourselves to stop by for an Extra Large White Mocha w/ Whole Milk and 2 extra shots of espresso, as well as the Bacon Cheddar Sliders!

I never come here and I can see why I don’t now and can see why they never have any customers there. Decided to go to try their new fall menu and the drink I got was okay nothing special but the girl working the window was not friendly and I don’t think she completely knew what she was doing.. I had a free drink so I told her that but I didn’t know how to get it pulled up since I don’t ever come to scooter's and she said ok I’ll just scan your phone that will work well she scans it and then sits there and says nothing… I said did that work and she says yep then I get home and realize no it didn’t work she charged my card and when I tried to call them no answer and it won’t let me leave a voicemail. Not that it’s that big of a deal but it is just so frustrating more than anything especially trying a new place.

Now I understand why whenever I drive past the place they have no customers. Decided to try the place out today since I ran out of creamer for my coffee. Ordered a cinnamon iced coffee and it had barely any of that sweet flavor an iced coffee has. There was a hint of cinnamon but the drink actually had like a dark chocolate base with hints of unpleasant coffee taste. Worst of all a medium drink was $6! I usually don't go to coffee places because they are a ripoff but this feels especially like highway robbery. If I need a coffee fix in the future I will go to Dunkin as their coffee drinks are smooth and have never done me wrong. Likely won't return here.
