Need a good cleaning on the outside area and drive-thru window is so nasty and out side by the drive -thru and where you sit at that place need a good cleaning

Burned bacon, mayo - although I asked for NONE -, none of the pickles I requested, and topped with hot lettuce - which I asked to leave off of my sandwich. Bacon is almost crayon black.

By far the worse Sonic I've been to. They literally can only take and make ONE order at a time. And if there are any cars in drive through line. They will not take orders from cars that park to order. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!

We walked up to the menu under the awning to order some ice cream. Someone wearing flip flops popped outside and said that the speaker was broken and to use one of the stalls. We walked up to one of the stalls and they said they were only taking orders through the drive through and their ice cream machine was broken… 0 stars.

drive thru speaker is broken. instructs to go to window. no problem, go to window. Had 3 workers and they didn't have but 3 cars in stalls. 3 people walked by window and were more concerned doing clean up than serving paying customers. Not recommended. would give negative stars if possible.

For starters the app never works when I try to check in for this location only because when I visit other Sonic locations it works so that needs to be investigated/fixed. The staff is not friendly or professional. Every time I go to this location it’s always a long wait. I purposely use the app so I can get my food quickly. The wait is so bad that I can’t even convince my husband to stop by there for me, ever because he knows it’s going to be a long wait and he doesn’t want to deal with it.

I just waited 23 minutes in the drive through only to receive a burger that was not what I ordered. I literally only ordered a junior double cheeseburger. That’s it. No drink. No fries. And I received a burger with a single patty and no cheese. They had one job. ONE. If I could give zero stars, I would.
