Stopped in for lunch, had the tuna salad sandwich and ingredients within was very good and unique; not your standard, boring tuna salad everyone else serves. The house made pickles were so AmAzInG I asked for seconds. Yum!

Even in a bad economy the portions were ridiculous! I ordered chicken and dumplings only to get 1 dumplings and nothing but juice! The price was $13.99! rip off! They also charged an extra two dollars for gravy that should already come with Country fried steak! The server never said a thing! If I could spend my $60 all over again, I would’ve been better off, going to the casino and putting it all on black and getting a coffee at a local shop! Do not waste your time or money! Hello good how are you!

It's like going to grandma's house to eat good ole country cooking. It was a Sunday about noontime and I wanted to try a place I'd never been, and this was a good choice. Locals know of thier good food and service. Hot and cooked just right is how my food arrived. The ladies here have one mind set; to serve customers with the very best and work as a team to do so. Theirs a cooler full of thier favorite prepared foods if you want to take some to go. Exceptional grits, if I was to pick just one item to brag on. I made a good choice coming here and will visit again soon.
Oh WOW! I had the chicken and waffles, which I've never tried together before. The chicken was fried with a super light crispy batter and were tender and juicy and the waffles were lightly crunchy to bite then fluffy as air in the middle. I usually take a photo but with the warmed bacon onion jam and syrup on the side I was too busy stuffing my face lol! Will be back soon!

Absolutely, hands-down the most delicious southern breakfast I have ever had! From the Arnold Palmer to the Gouda grits, to the caramel-soaked French toast, to the biscuits n gravy, to the country fried steak, to the homemade apple butter, we were AMAZED by the flavors and textures with every bite we took! Our waitress, the seating staff, and the indoor/outdoor atmosphere couldn’t have been more pleasant! Out of all the breakfast places and cafes we’ve tried in the last 6 years of living in Baldwin County, Sugar Kettle Cafe ranks as our very favorite. Although their schedule (being closed on Saturdays) is not what we would have picked, their Sunday brunch makes up for it!!!
