“So, breakfast on the island is a confusing adventure. Actually, make that food. Period. Not just breakfast. Our first morning here we had no breakfast because we couldn't find anything open for breakfast. After asking around, we learned about this place. So we arrived and found a very small interior with just a few tables - all taken. We decided to get our food to go. We had a bit of a wait. With not much room to wait. So you order at the counter. You don't give a name and they don't give you a number. They apparently just remember you and your order. Folks who were dining inside were served on paper plates and got plastic ware. That's difficult when eating something like a Belgian waffle. We took our waffle, bacon, breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwich, and biscuits and gravy to go. We ate back at the rental house. Food was good. We'd eat it again. But we'd go forewarned and forearmed.“
“Fresh, fried seafood. reservations recommended. My family went at 5pm on a random Monday night in late March and had to wait 20 min (not a big deal, just surprised on an off season Monday night). Kids menu was $10ish and had a great selection of burgers and seafood options. My wife, 11 year old, and I had the seafood platter and it was a delicious assortment of fried seafood - shrimp, fish, crab cake (1), hush puppies, and 2 sides ($60). The three of us couldn't finish it. Our server was attentive and kind. When he learned it happened to be my birthday he threw in a cheesecake slice for free. Ambiance was casual. TVs and a 360 wall of windows overlooking the ocean. Would definitely go back on a future trip.“
“We were there on a Friday night (3/15/25) around 5:30-6 pm. Busy at first & thought we had to wait 30 minutes. But, ended up with a table in 10 minutes. We were seated near the musician (1 man band) - who was good, but loud, it was hard to converse at our table. Our wait staff was fairly new & was still figuring things out (got salads after the entrees arrived). Food was ok. We would recommend for something different other than walk up & order services else where.“
“Stumbled upon this place for lunch while on vacation. This restaurant wasn’t reviewed quite as high as some other places we were planning to visit but compared to other place we made it to, must say this was our best meal and atmosphere. Sat right along water, open air, all of us really enjoyed our meals, and the Key Lime and Peanut Butter Pies were outstanding treat. Would recommend giving this place a try.“
“We were there Monday night and the service was impeccable! Our server Trinity was amazing, she was very attentive and always kept our drinks filled. She seemed to be just a bit overwhelmed but still made time to check on us! She was able to answer any questions we needed answered and was very informed. Will definitely request her next time we come!“
