Best breakfast and food on the island. They don't try to be anything they aren't and they don't over change like every other restaurant on the island who serves overpriced mediocre quality food.
Went to Mays for lunch after visiting the Estuarium and Fort Gaines. VERY nice employees and the food was delicious! We had several teenagers with us and there were plenty of options with the hot line and salad bar. It's beautiful and very clean on the inside. Definitely recommend it!
My family spent the weekend on Dauphin Island, and my brother recommended for us to eat at the Sea Lab Cafe called May's Cafe. We had a great breakfast. Grits, Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Homemade Biscuits, Gravy, French Toast, & Cut Fruit, + Juice, Coke Products, Coffee, Milk, & Chocolate Milk. Needless to say we were stuffed after this meal.
