Drank a few sips of my coffee and the rest was frozen like a bloc of ice coated with whipped cream and caramel. I will not be going back, I felt rushed and my order was too. I was the only one in line!! Rude and unprofessional
This morning I ordered a muffin, which usually comes warmed up or they at least ask if you want it warm. This morning they did not ask, nor did they warm it. This is one of many times I have been disappointed with the quality of this location.
I love this place… ESPECIALLY the employees!! They take care of me and get me going every morning!! Most mornings, (if they see me), my order is ready when I pull up to the window…you can’t get that kind of service anywhere else and they do it with smiles on their faces…(or that could be because I roll up there with foundation spots all over my face, doing my make up), either way, it’s nice to see, early in the morning, instead of grouchy, sour people acting like they...read full review
